How Returns Work
- Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
- Pack the shoes in their original box, unworn, with all tags attached.
- We'll arrange courier pickup anywhere in Kenya (free for damaged/incorrect items).
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3 working days.
What's Not Covered
- Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Sale or clearance items marked "final sale".
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care.
